具身心理治疗:原理与技术

具身心理治疗是以身体心理治疗、舞动治疗为代表的,理论上契合具身认知观点、实践中注重身体作用的一种当代心理治疗取向。它将“身体”与“躯体”区分开来,赋予身体解剖学的、感觉运动的、认知的与嵌入环境等不同层面的意义。当前,已有不少研究证实身体有助于改善治疗关系,促进来访者认知、情绪的改变,并发展出一系列注重身体内外感知、姿势或运动的非言语治疗技术。具身心理治疗重构了身体在治疗过程中的概念与角色,发展了新的技术,是传统心理治疗的有益补充; 但也存在实证证据不足、理论框架尚未完全整合、容易过分强调身体作用等问题。今后需自觉整合其他治疗流派、开发独特的核心技术,推进循证的具身心理治疗的发展。

The family interactional perspective: a study and examination of the work of Don D. Jackson.

This article presents an overview of the primary contributions of the late Don D. Jackson. It analyzes and attempts to unify the central concepts of what the first referred to as "conjoint family therapy." Emphasis in upon the theoretical components leading to the development of a behaviorally oriented, nontransference, focused-treatment format, labeled by the author as "family interactional psychotherapy."     

The Single-Case Design in Family Therapy Evaluation Research

This paper discusses the need for the development of new research designs for family therapy evaluation, and a manner for meeting that need. The single-case research design has gained acceptance as bona fide experimental designs for evaluating the effectiveness of intervention techniques in drug and psychotherapy outcome research. Although the need for more outcome studies on the effectiveness of family therapy has been frequently noted, there has been virtually no use of the single-case design in family therapy outside of the behavior modification literature on families. This paper presents potential benefits of the application of single case-design for the practice of family therapy. Preliminary guidelines are suggested for the application of these designs.     

Children in family therapy

The distinctive skills of child psychotherapy can be utilized in the development of a form of conjoint family therapy especially applicable to the field of child psychiatry. It is suggested that the engagement of children in the process particularly enhances the specific characteristics and potentialities of this form of treatment.     

Family Therapy in Romania

The article outlines the development of family therapy in Romania. Family therapy has a relatively brief history in this country, only beginning with the first training programs in the early to mid 1990s. However, as far as the number of professional associations is concerned, it is well represented on the map of psychotherapy approaches. There are several opportunities for training in family therapy. The accreditation of the training programs and the certification of the graduates of these programs is clearly regulated by law. From the legal point of view psychotherapy is considered a specialization of psychologists rather than an independent profession. The authors offer a brief overview of the history of family therapy in Romania, its present position in the health and social care system, the context of training, accreditation standards, the network of professional organizations and some of the possible future directions for family therapy. Finally, recently produced Romanian films are suggested as a medium for getting acquainted with the complex dilemmas faced by contemporary Romanian families.     

Effectiveness of short-term seminars in four different cultures

The authors examine the knowledge, attitudes, and suppositions concerning family therapy among specialists from four professionally and politically quite different cultures. The results of the survey, which was carried out among participants in workshops and specialists' training courses, have shown that: attitudes toward and the place of psychotherapy in a given culture serve as a relevant point of reference for finding out about attitudes toward family therapy; the value of the family as a sociological unit has a formative effect on views regarding family therapy; and professional and political isolation may be a hindrance to the formation of a healthy family therapy approach, but the basic attitude toward psychotherapy is not significantly influenced by ideological factors.

This is an essay on the history of family diagnosis and therapy. The role of the family in the etiology of psychopathology was a longstanding "blind spot." Family psychotherapy is gradually developing as a form of psychotherapy with indications and contraindications of its own. Comparison studies with other forms of psychotherapy should be done.     

Client-centered approaches to working with the family: An overview of new developments in therapeutic,educational, and preventive methods

Abstract

The client-centered movement has made significant contributions to our understanding of psychotherapy. Recently, with the increased interest in family therapy, a number of family interventions have been developed by workers operating from a client-centered perspective. This trend was noted as one receiving increasing emphasis in a recent review of new directions in the marital and family intervention field (Olson, 1976).     

ABSTRACTS OF LITERATURE

Two case examples are presented in support of the hypothesis that family therapy is useful in situations in which the identified patients are students at a university counseling center. The core dynamic issues focus around separation from parents. It is felt that the family therapy is a useful adjunct to the individual psychotherapy.     

J.L. Moreno: An Unrecognized Pioneer of Family Therapy

J.L. Moreno's fundamental and pioneering contributions to the development of group therapy, encounter, transactional analysis, and especially psychodrama are well known. However, most family therapists seem unacquainted with the fact that from his earliest writings in 1923 J.L. Moreno developed an interactional view of psychotherapy that in 1973 already resulted in formulations of a true systems orientation and very concrete ideas about marital therapy, family therapy, and network therapy. He probably is the first (1937!) therapist that actually involved a husband's lover in conjoint marital therapy. His general theoretical formulations about the pathology of interpersonal relations as well as his practical suggestions for the therapy of the interpersonal relations seem to be insufficiently known to workers and researchers in the field of family therapy.
