| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌感染因与人类慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、MALT淋巴瘤和胃癌的发生密切相关，其防治引起了国内外的广泛关注，但细菌耐药性的迅速增加使临床根除率不断降低。人们在抗菌药物选择、防治策略制定、疫苗和药物研发中存在诸多需要反思的问题，本文从以上三个方面试图采用辩证思维的方法重新审视幽门螺杆菌病的防治问题。

| Abstract: | As Helicobacter pylori is closely associated with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric mucosa--associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and gastric adenocarcinoma, the control of Helicobaeter pylori infection, the changes of eradication indications and the decrease of eradication rate were concerned worldwide. Some dialectical thoughts on anti--drug resistance, control strategy and drug/vaccine developments were pointed out in this paper. |
