U.S. Employment Service Aptitude and Interest Testing for Occupational Exploration

A new system of aptitude and interest testing in relation to a psychologically meaningful structure of occupations is described. A variety of applications of the system is described, including an example of group assessment and occupational exploration for workers who were about to lose their jobs due to a reduction in the work force.
