The Definition of Mental Health by the Social-Cultural-Historical School's Action Theory

On the basis of the Social Cultural Historical School's Action Theory , this thesis suggests that the definition of mental health is the effective management of a person's living action, and maintains that health psychology is a subject of Phronesis ,and its practical task is to promote the effective management of the individual's living action to have a correct lifestyle and self responsibility.
