Objective Collection and Evaluation on the Present History taking from Back/leg Pain Patient

Patients with back/leg pain are always a headache for doctors, especially in the present history taking for clinical evaluation. It is hardly reliable in providing a concrete proof for diagnosis nowadays, though many of our ancestors in ancient time believed that the history taking was of fatal clinical significance and possibly was the only way to figure out the course of disease. The author introduces some of his personal experiences about present history taking from the patient suffered from back/leg pain, which may helpful in reaching a more reasonable diagnosis and produce more information for deciding the principle of therapy. The author believes after a recall of medical history in the development of clinical practice and emphasis the importance of careful and logical meditation of doctors for systematic and scientific evaluation of his patients complain.
