| Abstract: | Governing ethics is the ethical normative system of ruling conduct of governing subject. Its connotation mainly involves three aspects: governing ethical idea?governing system ethics and the ethical qualities of the governing subject. Governing ethical idea is a rational understanding on how to specify governing conduct; it is also the ideological value foundation for the construction and practice of governing ethics. "CCP is built to serve the interests of the vast majority; CCP rules for the people; CCP regards man the first basic factor." This is the core of its governing ethical idea of CCP. |
