实用主义对中医学的消极影响

中医学以临床疗效为核心而建立，是实用主义的医学。中医理论仅是用来说理及指导临床的工具，而不是对人体内在规律的阐述，其真理性不是它是否与客观实际相符合，而仅仅体现于是否有效上。实用主义导致了中医的落后，但到目前为上，对中医的现代化改造又是失败的，因此，还应遵循中医固有的规律，走中医自己的路。

The Negative Influences of Pragmatism on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)

TCM is based on clinical results and is the medicine of pragmatism.As the tool to expound and explain,the theory of TCM is the guide of clinics,not the interpret of the inherent law of human body.The truth of the theory of TCM is embodied in its clinical results,not in if it according with the fact.Pragmatism is the cause that TCM falling behind the west medicine.So far,the modernization of TCM has been failed.So we should follow the inherent law of TCM and go along its own way.
