| Abstract: | Tumor vaccine,as a specific active immunity treatment of tumor aims to stimulate,adjust and reinforce the intrinsic immune function of the organism and its anti-cancer ability to keep the physiological balance of the organism.It has the characteristics of changing the against cancer from passively into actively.It has been shown previously that tumor cells vaccine is not so satisfactory in clinical practice.Did it result from incorrectness of its usage strategy?Starting from the analysis of the usage strategy of tumor cells vaccine and the reasons of failure,the author analyzed the development of modern tumor vaccine,its existing problems and its prospect. |
