Twenty years ago,people began to notice apoptosis.But due to little knowledge about cell signal transduction and gene regulation of eukaryotes,people could only take apoptosis as an isolated event.Twenty years later,people recognized apoptosis again,finding that it is a physiological death that is an innate suicide program controlled by DNA.Systemic dialectical mode of thinking makes people link apoptosis to the treatment of diseases.On one hand,scientists attempt to treat tumors by inducing apoptosis,and to treat AIDS by inhibiting apoptosis on the other hand.Thus we have seen the dialectical integration of events and fully experienced scientific nature of the dialectical mode of thinking.
