| 摘 要： | 分析了局部组织由再生、化生和癌变呈现的各种宏观行为和性质,从生物自组织临界性的角度讨论了这类行为和性质的演化模式及机制,指出肿瘤实质是局部组织经历一系列临界状态下相变造成的。

| Abstract: | In this paper, after describing various macroscopic action feature and property with local tissue in the process of regeneration, metaplasia and cancerization, a model about bio-behavior evolution is suggested and its mechanism is researched in terms the theories of self-organization and self-adaptation, and some oncology questions are discussed from the dynamic point of view on self-organized criticality of biological syetem. Finally, the key that show the close relationship between tumor genesis and abnormal development of adult stem cell on the basis of microenvironment transformation from local tissue experienced a series of phase change in the critical state is given ,and the ways on study of tumor are put forward. |
