| 摘 要： | 医学在本质上既具有自然科学性又兼有人文社会科学的属性,因此医学工作者不仅要有精湛的医疗技术,还应该具备较高的人文素养.在认识医学人文特征的基础上阐述了医生具备人文精神的重要性,以及培养医生人文精神的途径.
