USING POLICY-CAPTURING TO MEASURE ATTITUDES IN ORGANIZATIONAL DIAGNOSIS

The need for an indirect method of attitude measurement that could be applied on an individual basis was suggested. Policy-capturing was proposed as filling all requirements. When used in 3 experiments, this method detected prejudicial attitudes toward females that were not detected using traditional, direct methods.
