| 摘 要： | 亚健康状况在大学生中已经相当普遍,并且严重危害大学生的健康成长。通过应用危险性分析方法,描述了亚健康状况的危害特征及暴露情况,在此基础上概括出亚健康的成因,并提出针对性的对策来解决亚健康所带来的危害,从而帮助大学生实现从亚健康向健康的转化。

| Abstract: | The status of subhealth is very prevalent in college students, and it does severe harm to the healthy growth of college students. By using the method of risk analysis, to describe the risks and exposure of subhealth, generalize its causes and provides measures to manage, correct the hazards brought by subhealth. And it is supposed to help college students fulfill the conversion from subhealth to health. |
