| 摘 要： | 讨论<周易>与管理的关系,必须看到它并没有把人看作需要外在规范来束缚和管理的对象,也没有直接谈论西方管理学所讨论的管理的具体环节.<周易>与管理的关系乃是一种体用关系,它只是在阐明"体"的前提下启示"用",其一切启发都是围绕着对和谐这一最高境界的追求展开的.按照西方管理学的模式解读<周易>的做法远离了<周易>的精髓和主旨,其结果必然使讨论流于庸俗,伤害<周易>的基本精神.
