| Abstract: | The adhesion of medical contracts mainlyshows that the patiens' will adherence to establishments. This phenomenon is the inevitable result from the development of econo my and law. The crucial measurement to overcome the adhesion of medical contracts lies in the legislative of medical contracts,and the direct adoption of medical contracts in the Contract Law is a realistic feasible choice. |
