The continual and rapid expanding range of potential efficacious treatment options introduces therapeutic dilemmas about optimum management plans and how those should be presented to patients.MDT modality is patientoriented and supported by multi-disciplinary experts group and improves the communication and comprehension each other among disciplinary.The data suggests that the multidisciplinary approach affords the best hope for improved outcomes in patients with malignant tumor.Promoting and applying MDT modality contributes to sharing of medical resources decreasing the misdiagnosis and mistreatment,and improving the prognosis and the survival rate.
