The Practical Logic of Contemporary Medical Humanities in View of the Relationship between Science and Humanities

To discuss medical humanities and its practical issues, it is necessary to reflect and recognize from the general relationship between science and humanities. In ancient Greece, science was humanities. Since modern times, the progress of medical science and technology and its obscurity of humanities does not mean the complete separation of science and humanities. Instead, humanities have continued to constitute the essential attributes of modern medicine. The lack of medical humanities is not derived from the advancement of medical science and technology, but from the process of social substantiation of medicine. Medical humanities' integration into clinical practice is the essence of medical humanities practice, where medical humanities should enter and take root in the soul of health practitioners. The introduction of medical humanities into the clinical practice is the mutual integration of the systems of humanities and clinical practice.
