社会适应理念融入社区老年人健康管理初探

在文献研究的基础上, 基于健康老龄化的框架，总结社会适应和老年人健康管理的内涵，分析老年人的健康管理需求，进行社会适应理念下社区老年人健康管理路径探索，发挥政府主导作用、社会协同作用和家庭个人的主动参与，将社会适应理念与老年人健康管理有机融合，提出以社区为载体，从个人、家庭、社会以及政府多主体角度提出相关建议，以期为老年人的健康管理研究进一步理清思路，促进老年人社会适应的良好转变，助推健康老龄化顺利发展。

Research on the Health Management of the Elderly in Community Based on the Concept of Social Adaptation

Based on the literature research and the framework of healthy aging, this article summarizes the connotation of social adaptation and the health management of the elderly, analyzes the health needs of the elderly. It explores the path of health management for the elderly in the community under the concept of social adaptation, a package with the authority as leader, community as assistant, and individuals as active participants. Integrating the concept of social adaptation with the health management of the elderly, it proposes to hear voices from individuals, families, society and the authority, in order to put certain researches into shape, to promote appropriate social adaptation of the elderly, and to promote healthy aging.
