浅析我国临床医学人才培养体系

半个多世纪以来，我国临床医学人才培养已取得突出成就，但仍存在亟待解决的问题，需加快有关改革。着重分析我国临床医学人才培养中结构性失衡、学位体系欠科学等问题，并提出相应的改革建议：建立“5+3”为主体以培养通科医生为目标的临床医学人才培养体系，并授予医学博士学位，且作为培养全科医学人才主渠道；建立分层递进的住院医师规范化培训模式，加快完善专科医师培训制度；进一步加强高端复合型医学人才的培养；加强医学院校附属医院的规范与建设；尊重医学教育的特殊规律，成立专门的医学教育管理机构。

Analysis of the Cultivation of Clinical Medical Personnel in China

In the past half century, outstanding achievements have been made in the training of clinical medical personnel in China, but there are still some problems to be solved urgently, calling for further reform. This paper focuses on analyzing the structural imbalance and the unreasonable degree system in the training of clinical medical personnel in China, and puts forward corresponding reform suggestions: establishing a "5+3"-based training system of clinical medical personnel as the main channel for cultivating general practitioners, granting MD for qualified graduates; establishing a hierarchical and progressive standardized training model for residents, and speeding up the improvement of the specialist training system; further strengthening the training of interdisciplinary medical personnel and the construction of affiliated hospitals of medical schools; under the special rules of medical education, establishing a relatively professional medical education management organization.
