大龄单身女性生育力保存的伦理学研究

女性生育能力保存是面向育龄期或青春期女性，保护她们可能受损的生育功能的一项医疗措施。大龄单身女性生育力保存作为一种救济措施和最低保障措施，符合生命伦理学四项基本原则：能够避免因生育力急剧下降而丧失做遗传学母亲的严重风险；是对大龄单身女性延迟婚育与生育力保存意愿的尊重；规范的生育力保存技术不会造成额外的伤害；是对面临生育力丧失风险的所有女性的同等保护，是对大龄单身女性的格外关注。保障大龄单身女性生育权是目前不可回避的现实问题。

Ethical Research on Fertility Preservation of Older Single Women

Female fertility preservation is a medical measure for women of childbearing age or adolescence to protect their fertility. This paper holds the opinion that providing fertility preservation service for older single women conforms to the four principles of bioethics. It can avoid the serious risk of losing genetic motherhood due to the sharp decline of fertility. It is a respect to the older single women's willingness to delay marriage and fertility preservation. Appropriate fertility preservation techniques will not cause additional harm. It is the same protection for all women facing the risk of losing fertility, a special concern for older single women. Fertility preservation of older single women is an evitable reality.
