Thoughts of the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Mental Health Service

Through systematic analysis of the research on artificial intelligence and mental health services, the paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence in the field of mental health. Artificial intelligence has made relatively mature development in data collection, analysis and modeling, psychological intervention and mental health education, and shows advantages in adaptation, convenience, stigma alleviation, medical pressure reduction, and overall understanding of mental illnesses. But meanwhile, artificial intelligence may bring technical problems, such as algorithm bias, lack of technology professionals and data accuracy; and also ethical problems, such as stigmatization, attribution of responsibility, confidentiality of personal information and informed consent of the public. Serving for mental health, we should actively adapt to and promote the further development of artificial intelligence in the field of mental health.
