《黄帝内经》“鼓”探论

鼓起源于上古时代，秦汉以前鼓作为重要的器具广泛应用在祭祀、军事、役事、金奏场合之中，凸显中华民族的文化内涵。成书于西汉中后期的《黄帝内经》集合了古代先贤生活、医疗的实践经验，虽主要内容以医理为主，然蕴含丰富的古代科学与哲学思想，汇集了中华民族的文明智慧。《黄帝内经》中出现“鼓”字43次，共涉及20个篇章。以《黄帝内经》“鼓”为切入点，系统梳理分析其内涵，包含病名、病机、表现、诊断、疗效五个部分。旨在深刻体会经文中以“鼓”为喻体，将其形、音、态、质等特性与部分医理相比拟，加深对经旨的理解与感悟。

Exploration and Discussion of "Gu" in Huangdi Neijing

"Gu" originated in ancient times. Before the Qin and Han Dynasties, "Gu", as an important instrument, was widely used in sacrificial activity, military affairs, official message delivery, music and dance performances, highlighting the cultural connotation of the Chinese nation. Huangdi Neijing, written in the middle and late Western Han Dynasty, gathered the practical experience of ancient sages in life and medical treatment. Although its contents are mainly consist of medical theories, it also contains abundant ancient scientific and philosophical ideologies, and gathered the wisdom of the Chinese nation's civilization. The word "Gu" appeared 43 times in Huangdi Neijing, involving 20 chapters. This paper combs the connotation of "Gu" in Huangdi Neijing into five parts: disease name, pathogenesis, symptoms and signs, diagnosis and curative effect. The book used "Gu" as a metaphor, and compared its characteristics with some medical theories, in order to deepen the understanding of the contents.
