中国医者死亡叙事的文化阐释

医者死亡叙事是指由医生或护士讲述临终者的故事。在中国，已经先后出现了三种医者死亡叙事：医生作家的独立创作、临床医生的集体叙事和安宁疗护医者的团队写作。尽管仍处于萌芽与边缘状态，医者讲述临终者的故事却自有其深远的文化意义：在医学话语笼罩死亡的现代条件下，叙事是对医学话语霸权的一种反抗形式。悲剧的死亡叙事表达了医者对于医学化死亡的反思；和谐的死亡叙事则体现了这一职业群体试图重塑死亡文化的努力。医者边缘性的叙事行为中内含一种伦理性与公共性，它的持续萌芽预示着社会中死亡文化的变迁与转型。

Cultural Interpretation of Chinese Physicians' Death Narratives

Physicians' death narratives are the stories of dying people told by doctors or nurses. In China, there have been three forms of physicians' death narratives: the independent writing of physician writers, the collective narratives of clinicians, and the team writing of palliative care team members. Although still in its infancy and on the fringes, physicians' death narratives has its own profound cultural significance. While death being enveloped in medical discourse, death narrative is a form of resistance to the hegemony of medical discourse. The tragic death narrative expresses physicians' reflections on the medicalization of death; the harmonious death narrative reflects efforts by this professional group to reshape the culture of death. The marginal narrative behavior of doctors contains an inherent ethical and public nature, its continuous germination indicates the change and transformation of death culture in the society.
