民国时期广州医疗慈善活动之特点(1912年~1938年)

民国时期(1912年~1938年)广州的医疗慈善事业经历了从传统到现代的嬗变。医疗慈善的理念由传统的道德教化，转向对民众生命健康权利的关注，大力开展以公共卫生为主的群体医疗救助。医疗慈善的模式，由官方独办、官办与民办机构并立，发展到以官方为主导、官民合作，再到政府将民间机构纳入监管，医疗慈善事业逐步走向规范化和成熟化。开展医疗慈善的经费来源多样化，收费兼行赠医成为主流的医疗救助模式，实现了医疗慈善事业的可持续发展。

The Characteristics of Medical Charity in Guangzhou During the Period of the Republic of China(1912-1938)

During the period of the Republic of China (1912-1938), the medical charity in Guangzhou developed from traditional mode to modern mode. The concept of medical charity had changed from traditional moral education to people's rights of life and health. Group medical assistance based on public health was highly promoted. Institutional modes had changed from solely government-run, to the coexistence of government-run and civilian-run, then to the cooperation, and civilian-run supervised by the authority. Medical charity had gradually become standardized and mature. Sustainable development of medical charity came true with diversified sources of funds and the medical assistance with paid and free healthcare hand in hand.
