我国人文医学执业技能培训效果评价的研究进展

摘    要:

为探索开展人文医学执业技能培训的有效方法,检索了157篇主题词为“人文医学执业技能”的文献,对其中29篇关于培训效果评价的文章进行了分析,发现人文医学执业技能培训效果的评价多为即时评价,培训效果的评价没有统一的评价内容,以医患沟通为多见,主要采取考试的方式进行培训效果的检验。建议客观真实反映人文医学执业培训的效果和水平,有必要建立有针对性的系统、全面、标准化人文医学执业技能培训的评价体系,并将其运用于培训实践工作中。

Abstract:In order to explore effective methods to conduct humanistic medicine practice skill training, the study searched 157 literatures with the theme of "humanistic medicine practice skill", and analyzed 29 articles on the evaluation of training effect. The evaluations in the study were mostly instant evaluations without standardized contents. They evaluated mainly on doctor-patient communication with tests. It is necessary to establish a targeted, systematic, comprehensive and standardized humanistic medicine practice skill training evaluation system for training practice.
