抑郁症哲学治疗践行可行性探讨

抑郁症的传统治疗方式主要有药物治疗和心理疗法，二者各有其优势，但也都存在困境，哲学践行或可成为抑郁症的第三种治疗路径。哲学践行的咨询过程与心理咨询有一定相似之处，但也有本质区别，即前提预设不同、咨访关系不同、采取的方法路径不同以及核心理念不同等。哲学践行者通过“苏格拉底”式对话帮助精神正常的来访者找到其问题的症结，修正原信念，建立新信念，从而走出抑郁阴霾。“人文治疗”应贯穿医学治疗的整个过程，哲学践行属于医学的组成部分，也是心理咨询的必要补充。

Discussion on the Feasibility of Philosophical Treatment of Depression

The traditional treatments of depression are mainly drug therapy and psychotherapy, both of which have their own advantages, but also have dilemmas. Philosophical practice may become an alternative treatment of depression. There are some similarities between the consultation process of philosophical practice and psychological counseling. But they also show distinct differences, such as different presuppositions, different relationship between consultation and visit, different methods and paths adopted, different core ideas and so on. Through "Socratic" dialogue, philosophical practitioners help mentally sane visitors find the crux of their problems, correct their original beliefs and establish new beliefs, so as to get out of the haze of depression. "Humanistic therapy" should run through the whole process of medical treatment. Philosophical practice is not only a part of medicine, but also a necessary supplement to psychological counseling.
