从思辨理性局限性看待中西医之争

中西医之争自西医进入中国以来不曾停止，分析解决此争执须从哲学入手。康德哲学首创将知性与理性区分，提出思辨理性超越经验的界限将产生二律背反，这种超越在各种旷日持久的大争论中经常出现，中西医之争是典型代表，而实践理性可化解此矛盾。思辨理性的局限性还表现在中医内部，中医学和中药学发展过程中都曾受到超越经验界限的思辨的影响，其中阴阳家和儒家学说表现较为突出，一定程度上阻碍了中医学发展。中医学早期在实践当中形成，现在需要也正在以新的实践方式发展，而无意义的中西医思辨理性之争应当抛弃。

The Dispute between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine from the Limitation of Speculative Rationality

The dispute between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medicine never stops since Western medicine came into China, and the solution lies in philosophy. Kant's philosophy initiated the distinction between understanding and reason, and put forward that when speculative reason surpasses the boundary of experience, it will lead to antinomy, such transcendence often appears in all kinds of long-lasting debates, a typical representative is the dispute between TCM and Western medicine, yet practical reason can resolve this contradiction. The limitation of speculative rationality is also manifested in the internal of TCM. Both TCM and traditional Chinese pharmacology have been affected by speculative beyond the bounds of experience in their development, among which the Yin-Yang and Confucianism are more prominent. To some extent, they hindered the development of TCM. TCM was formed in the early stage of practice, and now it needs and is developing in a new way of practice. And the meaningless debate of TCM and Western medicine should be abandoned.
