The New Duty of Health Care Legislation in the Begining of the 21th Century

This paper studies and discusses new tasks in health legislation at the beginning of the 21th century.With entering the period of the knowledge economy and information society,health service development,strategic planning of the medical science and the realization of the target of health interest for all should have a legal norm.The author puts forward the guideline and fundamental principle of the health legislation as well as legislative characteristic at the beginning of the new century and gives a conception of the health legislation framework.
