| Abstract: | First trimester diagnosis is part of early diagnosis. Cost--effective issues should be considered when applying new tests to first trimester diagnosis. Counselors should pay attention to maternal age, individual diagnosis and social ethic problems, interpret test results correctly and engage both parents in counseling. |
