| Abstract: | To discuss the advantage of PVP to treat STCC, a total 93 patients, were pathological confirmed STCC, were treated with PVP and TURBT randomly. Blood loss, operative time, postoperative recurrence and vesical perforation were compared. There is no difference of operative time and recover rate between PVP and STCC（P〉0. 05）. The amount of blood loss in PVP is significantly lower than that in TURBT（P〈0.01）. No vesicalperforation was found in PVP. PVP has more advantages about blood loss and postoperative complication than that of TURBT during the treatment of STCC. |
