摘    要:探讨Th17细胞在胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力(MG)发病中的作用。分析27例胸腺瘤患者相关资料,免疫组化法确定瘤组织中IL-17和CD4^+T细胞表达。结果为胸腺瘤合并MG男性年龄低于女性,瘤组织高表达IL-17和CD4^+T细胞。B1和B2型易合并MG。结论是Th17细胞和IL-17在胸腺瘤合并MG发病中有一定作用。

Abstract:This article is to explore the roles of Th17 cell in the pathogenesis of Thymoma with Myasthenia Gravis(MG). A retrospective analysis of 27 cases of Thymoma for whom thymectomy were performed was made. The immunohistochemieai staining with IL--17 and CD4^+T was performed on the parrafined sections of the 27 Thymoma specimens. The average age of male Thymoma patients with MG was younger than the females. IL--17 and CD4^+ T cells were over--expressed in Thymoma tumor tissues in patients with MG. B1 and B2 type thymoma were more likely to be accompanied with MG. Th17 cells and IL--17 are important in pathogenesis for Thymoma with MG.
