摘    要:

基于CiteSpace对中国知网数据库2002—2021年的2687篇中医药人才培养文献进行发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词等数据分析。发现人才培养模式、学科建设、医教协同、教学改革等为热点内容。将中医药人才培养研究划分为改革发展、深化发展、创新发展三个阶段,热点集中在中医药人才培养的特色与价值引领、中医药人才培养模式的传承创新、中医药学科及专业建设的发展趋向、人才培养质量评价的价值趋向、人才培养机制的协同发展五个方面,提出强化传统文化与医学人文素质等隐形知识的培养、探索“医学+X”复合型拔尖人才培养道路等未来研究趋向。

Abstract:Based on CiteSpace, data of 2687 literatures on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) talent training in CNKI database from 2002 to 2021 were analyzed, including publication volume, authors, research institutions and keywords. It is found that personnel training mode, disciplinary construction, medical education collaboration, teaching reform are hot topics. The research on the cultivation of TCM talents is divided into three stages: reform and development, deepening development, and innovative development. The identified hot topics concentrate on the characteristics and value orientation of TCM talents training, the inheritance and innovation of TCM talents training mode, the development trend of TCM discipline and specialty construction, the value orientation of talent training quality evaluation, and the collaborative development of talent training mechanism. This paper proposes future research trends such as strengthening the cultivation of invisible knowledge such as traditional culture and medical humanistic quality, and exploring the cultivation path of "medical + X" compound top-notch talents.
