| Abstract: | By reviewing literature on organizational commitment,the paper discusses the evolvement of the concept and the different models accounting for the structures of organizational commitment.It analyzes the variables affecting the formation of organizational commitment as well as the result variables.Finally,directions for future research in this area are suggested. |
