To Summarize the Experience and Advance the New Healthcare Reform

To realize the goal of health care services for everybody,we must synchronize the reform of the health care system, medical insurance system and the system of purchase and sale; ensure the leading position of public health, cooperative medicine and community health care services in the whole health care system, and establish the cooperation, mutually beneficial and restricted relationship between the big hospital and the basic health care services; regulate and administer the big hospital firmly; structure the system of separating medicinal from medicine in the field of administration and circulation;play the leading role of government.
