互动式心理训练提高大学生心理素质水平的实验研究

摘    要:采用互动式心理训练方法对学生进行心理素质训练,实验结果显示:实验组在多个心理指标上都有显著的变化。因此,得出结论:互动式心理训练的方法对提高大学生心理素质水平有效。不仅可以促进大学生的人格向积极方向发展,而且可以缓解和改善其消极情绪。

Abstract:This research explores the use of the mutual induction mental training mode to improve the university students' mental quality.Method: adopt the mutual induction mental training method to train the university students' mental quality.The results show: the experiment group have altered significantly on several mental indexes.Hence,the conclusion: the mutual induction mental training mode is an effective method to improve the university students' mental quality.it not only promote the university students' positive personality,but also relax and improve the negative emotion.
