大学生心身健康要素维度的构建

健康要素是健康的组成要点，应遵循心身整体观念，但相关研究多聚焦身体健康要素，心身健康要素的概念与构成尚未统一。通过文献分析与临床实践，对大学生心身健康要素的概念及结构进行探讨，突出揭示了大学生心身健康要素的七个维度，包括健康行为、睡眠质量、压力协调能力、精神追求、心理污名接纳性、健康知识的探索性及人际适应能力，并列举相应维度包含的具体内容，以期为高校开展大学生心身健康要素教育及相应教学改革提供参考。

Construction of Dimensions on Psychosomatic Health Elements in College Students

Health elements are the components of health and should follow the holistic concept of mind-body integrity. However, relevant researches mainly focus on body health elements, and the concept and composition of the psychosomatic health elements have not been unified. Through literature analysis and clinical practices, the concept and structure of college students' psychosomatic health elements are discussed and seven dimensions are revealed, including health behavior, sleep quality, stress coordination, spiritual pursuit, psychological stigma acceptance, exploration of health knowledge and interpersonal adaptation. Specific contents of corresponding dimensions are listed, in order to provide references for relevant education and educational reform of students' psychosomatic health elements in universities.
