中国叙事医学实践的反思

首先，以叙事学、人类学、叙事医学三个学科领域的界定与分析来厘清叙事概念。其次，在此基础上指出叙事医学发展进程中存在的问题，包括医学教育与临床实践适应性不同、平行病历工具的运用不宜脱离临床情境、对反思性写作进行反思、对叙事走进医学的质疑与反思等。最后，提出中国叙事医学高质量发展的可能路径：叙事病历研究构成临床实践落地的重要起点、构建中国主体的叙事医学教育框架、跨学科多向度的综合实践意义重大等。

Reflection on Narrative Medicine Practice in China

The article first clarifies the concept of narrative through the definition and analysis of three disciplines: narratology, anthropology, and narrative medicine. Secondly, based on this, it points out the problems that exist in the development process of narrative medicine, including: the adaptability problem of medical education and clinical practice, the inappropriate use of "parallel chart" tools beyond clinical contexts, reflection on reflective writing, questioning and reflecting on narrative application on medicine, etc. Finally, the possible paths for the high-quality development of narrative medicine in China are proposed. Narrative medical record research constitutes an important starting point for the implementation of clinical practice. It is of great significance to construct a narrative medical education framework for Chinese subjects, and to integrate practice across disciplines and multiple dimensions.
