论特伦巴赫的忧郁症类型者理论

从特伦巴赫的忧郁症类型者理论出发，基于特伦巴赫的文本，对忧郁症（即重度抑郁症）患者的病前人格和发病情境进行探析。患者病前人格的典型特征是秩序感的固着，即强烈地保持秩序井然的倾向与极高的责任感。此外，梳理了忧郁症的两个病因要素，即封闭和剩磁。忧郁症类型者会将其实存封闭起来，并认为：如果跨越实存的边界，秩序就会受到威胁。剩磁是一种很接近“无意义感”的感觉，而它很容易使忧郁症类型者产生内疚感和罪责感。最后，阐明了在后规训社会中的绩效崇拜如何孕育抑郁症的种子。

On Tellenbach's Theory of Typus Melancholicus

According to Tellenbach's theory of typus melancholicus (TM), the premorbid personality of patients with melancholia and their situation (i.e., major depressive disorder) has been explored mainly based on Tellenbach's text. The typical characteristic of patients' premorbid personality is the fixation of orderliness, that is, a strong tendency to maintain order and a high sense of responsibility in work and life. In addition, two psychogenic factors of melancholy are sorted out, namely includence and remanence. TM close their existence and believe that if they cross boundary, order will be threatened. Remanence is a feeling very close to "sense of meaninglessness", and it can easily make TM feel guilt and in debt. Last but not least, this article reveals also how cult of performance in a post-discipline society breeds the seeds of depression.
