综合性高校医科组织模式与多维绩效

摘    要:

通过自制问卷对66所综合性高校医科组织开展调查。结果显示,医学部组织结构与权力配置评价一般(3.07±1.067),教学学院组织结构与运行机制评价稍高(3.49±0.878),组织绩效评价比较满意(3.62±0.811)。医科组织模式、运行机制与组织绩效评价呈正相关关系。不同职务、职称、工作年限和专业背景人员的评价结果差异有统计学意义,职务越高评价越低,工作年限越长评价越低,医学背景比非医学背景评价低。研究发现综合性高校使医科办学层次得到提升,医学部结构功能是影响医科发展绩效的重要因素,综合性高校医科组织运行面临制度困境,走向分权是组织模式优化与绩效提升的现实路径。

Abstract:A survey was conducted on 66 medical organizations in comprehensive universities through a self-designed questionnaire. The results showed that the evaluation of the organizational structure and power allocation of medical departments was not high (3.07±1.067), the evaluation of the organizational structure and operation mechanism of teaching colleges was slightly higher (3.49±0.878), and the evaluation of organizational performance was relatively satisfactory (3.62±0.811). A positive correlation was showed between medical organization model, operation mechanism and organizational performance evaluation. There were statistically significant differences in the evaluation results of personnel with different positions, titles, working years and professional backgrounds. The evaluation was lower among research objects with higher position and longer years of service. The evaluation of objects with medical background was lower than the non-medical background. The research found that comprehensive universities promoted the level of medical education, and the structural function of the medical department was an important factor that affected the development performance of medical science. The operation of medical organizations in comprehensive universities is challenged by institutional difficulties, and decentralization is the realistic path to optimize the organizational model and improve the performance.
