叙事医学主体间性探析

An Analysis of Inter-subjectivity in Narrative Medicine

Inter-subjectivity originates from philosophy and is one of the narrative attributes of medicine with a natural connection to narrative medicine. The article begins by elucidating the concept and significance of inter-subjectivity. The positive role of inter-subjectivity in medicine was affirmed. It then analyzes the intrinsic connection between narrative medicine and inter-subjectivity. Finally, it examines how narrative medicine achieves inter-subjectivity through attention, representation, affiliation, empathy, and reflection. Practicing narrative medicine is an effective way to achieve inter-subjectivity. This approach is more conducive to promoting mutual respect, understanding, communication, and interaction between doctors and patients on a democratic, equal, and harmonious basis, thereby bridging the gap between them and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
