国外医患冲突防范与治理机制及其对我国的启示

医患冲突严重影响了医疗秩序，如何有效防范和治理医患冲突已成为社会各界关注的热点问题。国外在医患冲突防范与治理方面进行了积极探索，通过对我国医患冲突防范与治理机制的评析，在借鉴美国、日本、德国等国家的医患冲突防范与治理经验的基础上，提出从开展中国情境下的医患沟通模式研究、完善医疗监督管理机制、完善医患冲突非诉解决方式、完善医疗风险分担机制、创建医患冲突案例数据库等方面，优化我国现有的医患冲突防范与治理机制。

Prevention and Governance Mechanism of Doctor-patient Conflict Abroad and Its Enlightenment to China

Doctor-patient conflict has seriously affected the medical order. How to effectively prevent and manage doctor-patient conflict has become a hot issue of concern to all sectors of society. Foreign countries have actively explored the prevention and governance of doctor-patient conflict. Through the evaluation and analysis of the prevention and governance mechanism of doctor-patient conflict in China, and on the basis of drawing on the experience from the United States, Japan, Germany and other countries, the article proposes to carry out the research of doctor-patient communication model in the context of China, improve the medical supervision and management mechanism, improve the non-litigation resolution of doctor-patient conflict, and improve the medical risk sharing mechanism, so as to optimize the existing prevention and governance mechanism of doctor-patient conflict in China in terms of creating a database of doctor-patient conflict cases.
