《中国科学技术史·年表卷》宋元时期部分医学著作析疑

中国科学技术史学界颇具代表性的工具书《中国科学技术史•年表卷》，辑录了宋元时期涌现的医学著作，指明其重要的历史价值，并且大都附注参考资料出处。但笔者发现该工具书中关于部分著作的评述与当时的史实并不相符，遂查找原始医学著作及其不同版本，还有相关二手研究文献，辨析考订其在医书内容、作者以及成书年代等方面出现的疑误之处，包括文字形近而误、音同而讹等。建议编撰时应细致翻检医学古籍的不同版本，关注相关内容在行文上存在的文字异同，另一方面，对于著作的成书年代，也应尽力参考各学科专家的学术观点。

Textual Research in Some Medical Books during the Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty of A History of Science and Technology in China: Chronological Table Volume

A History of Science and Technology in China: Chronological Table Volume was a representative reference book and demonstrated important historical value of various medical works emerging during the Song Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty. And in most cases, it was accompanied by references at the end of each medical book. The author identified flaws of the paraphrase about some medical books in the original literature or in the content of the secondhand reference. This article corrected several flaws in contents, authors, and time of the completion of medical books. Suggestions for comparing the textual differences of different versions of ancient medical books and referring to the views of experts in various disciplines on the time of completion of medical books are given.
