Reflections on the "Frankenstein" Phenomenon Caused by the "Male Rats Conception" Experiment

The "Frankenstein" phenomenon violates the basic ethical principle of animal research, the principle of social welfare as priority, and the principle of responsible research and innovation. In order to avoid the "Frankenstein" phenomenon, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of humanities among researchers, improve the ethical review system, and establish a punitive system for scientific research violations.
