ChatGPT在医疗领域中的应用、伦理风险与治理研究

Artificial intelligence technologies represented by ChatGPT are poised to bring about a series of changes to the traditional medical field, mainly reflected in the early diagnosis of diseases, providing medical explanations, altering the traditional medical treatment models, acting as a "doctor assistant", and promoting the upgrading of medical education. At the same time, ChatGPT also faces challenges and ethical risks in the medical field, such as lack of subjective responsibility, patient trust issues, and technological alienation. At present, artificial intelligence technology represented by ChatGPT cannot replace the "patient-centered" comprehensive judgment made by clinicians in the process of diagnosis and treatment based on medical facts, ethics, values and other multi-aspects.
