可持续发展的四个难题

实施可持续发展，面对四个难题：一是用明晰产权保持生态环境时遇到的技术难题，二是用科学技术解决生态环境问题时遇到的理性难题；三是克制人们的物质欲望时遇到的人性难题；四是全球合作时遇到的政治难题，提出以上难题并非否定可持续发展，相反，正视问题才能解决问题。

Four Puzzles in the Sustainable Development

Putting in practice of Sustainable development envisages four problems: First, we fall across technologic problems when we protect entironment by the way of defining property rights. Second, we fall across rational problems when we solve entironment problems by the technology. Third, we fall across human problems when we subjugate man's corporeal appetites. Fourth, we fall across political problems when we need global cooperation. It does not negate the sustainable development . My idea is that only by envisaging the problems can we solve them.
