| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞理论能够解释肿瘤的发生、发展和转移等生物学行为,使人们对恶性肿瘤有一个全新的认识,为临床治疗展现全新视角,使肿瘤靶向治疗找到了新靶点,改变目前药物针对全部癌细胞的治疗策略。本文就肿瘤干细胞分离方法做一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Hypothesis of cancer stem cells（CSC） has been proposed for elucidating the biological behaviors of tumor such as its initiation, progression, recurrence and metastasis. The theory about CSC provides a new insight to recognize the essence of tumors and may bring us a new approach for the treatment of cancers. The target has been found for the targeting therapeutic strategies of cancers. In this article,we reviews the current status on the separation of CSC. |
