农民工感恩问卷的编制与应用价值

通过文献综述、理论分析、个别访谈和开放式问卷调查，编制了农民工感恩问卷初卷，对671名江苏苏南地区农民工进行施测，进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析及信效度检验，并使用该问卷进行初步调查。结果发现：（1）最终形成16个题目的农民工感恩问卷，问卷包含频度方面、密度方面、广度方面三个因子，方差累积贡献率为52.06%；验证性因素分析表明模型拟合得较好；问卷内部一致性系数为0.84；该问卷具有良好的信、效度，可以作为农民工感恩水平的有效测量工具。（2）农民工的整体感恩状况良好，农民工的感恩水平存在性别

Compilation of the Questionnaire of Migrant Workers' Gratitude and Its Application Value

To better understand the level of migrant workers gratitude,we compiled a questionnaire of migrant workers’ gratitude.Through the ways of documents searching and analysis,individual interview and open questionnaire survey,we compiled the preliminary questionnaire of the migrant workers’ gratitude.The research surveyed 649 migrant workers in Jiangsu Sunan area.Half of the data was selected by random sampling,the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the data,and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the other half.Result showed that The final questionnaire of the migrant workers’ gratitude included 16 items.The questionnaire was formed with three progressive dimensions,such as gratitude frequency facet,density facet and span facet.The variance accumulation contribution rate was 52.06%,confirmatory factor analysis showed that model structure was fitting,the internal consistency coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.84.The project quality,reliability and validity of the questionnaire of the migrant workers’ gratitude were good,and they have achieved the requirement of psychology,so it was an effective tool to measure the migrant workers’ gratitude.Migrant workers’ Gratitude level was good,Demographic variable such as age and education level had important influence on migrant workers’ Gratitude;Revealed all facet of gratitude what were conducive to the implementation of gratitude education,forming gratitude consciousness and behavior,promoting interpersonal harmony.
