摘 要: | 根据学者喻国明和郑丽勇的传媒影响力理论和学者黄希庭的价值观体系理论,自编问卷,对安徽省三所医学院校的1998名在校医学生展开调查,实证研究涉医传媒信息对医学生价值观的影响,探索其内在机理.结果发现:涉医传媒信息对医学生价值观产生显著影响:(1)涉医传媒信息内容、信息时效性正向影响医学生的心理需求;(2)信息加工程度、信息传播渠道、信息传播媒介、信息发布者等正向影响医学生对涉医传媒信息的信任程度,并进而影响医学生的价值观;(3)心理需求和信任程度起到部分中介作用.

Abstract: | Based on the media influence theory and the value system theory, a questionnaire concerning the medical media information impact on medical students' values was established. A total of 1998 medical students in three medical colleges of Anhui province were surveyed. The results showed that medical media information had a significant impact on medical students' values: ( 1 ) The contents and timeliness of medical media information had a positive impact on psychological needs of medical students. (2) The degree of information processing, information dissemination channels, information dissemination media and information publishers positively influenced the medical student' s trust, and further affect- ed the values of medical students. (3) Psychological needs and trust played a partial mediating role. |
