| 摘 要： | 复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）是口腔常见病，至今病因不明，治疗效果不佳，降低患者生存质量。本文对近17年复发性阿弗他溃疡与人类疱疹病毒的相关研究结果进行分析解剖，推测β型疱疹病毒的潜伏与复制的过程可能是RAU的重要发病机制之一。

| Abstract: | The patients of recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU） suffered the increasingly fierce pain without any permanent cure for the sake of less transparent pathogen. We suggested that the process of the incubation and reproduction of human herpes viruses-5, 6 and 7 （HHVs-5, 6 and 7） would be one of the occurring mechanisms of RAU according to analyzing the tenet of ＂Natural selection and survival＇of the fittest＂ harbored by βHHVs and the rule of ＂survey - analysis - hypothesis - test＂ held by us. |
