| Abstract: | Evidence-based medicine (EBM), which has been advocated by internation al medical scientists for over ten years, insists that clinical decision-making should be based on optimal evidence obtained with scientific methods from existi ng researches. The transformation from experience-based medicine to EBM is the p rogress from quantitative change to qualitative change, which represents general law of things' development. |
